With the Kokuyoku events behind, Niwa Kosuke and Commissioner Hiwatari are in search of a new purpose in their lives. As Niwa could not forget the pleasure of travelling and his friend never left Azumano, the idea of discovering new horizons bloomed to become an entire project…
